We do our best to make shopping on our web site a simple process. All orders are reviewed by a product expert to ensure our customers of getting what they want - the correct product. Your satisfaction is important to us. If we spot possible errors in orders that require measuring and/or fitting, we will both email and contact you by phone. We never apply charges to your credit card until each order is reviewed and we are satisfied that you have selected products correctly. If you are unsure of size requirements on devices such as manual wheelchairs or power wheelchairs please see our seating chart. It will instruct you on getting the necessary measurements. Medicare:

We are direct providers of Medicare and most Medicaid. Approved Medicare reimbursements cover 80%. Medicaid and other secondary insurances usually cover the remaining 20%.

At Total Health Care Plus of ACI Systems, we respect your online time and privacy. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell or trade your personal information to others. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at Total Health Care Plus of ACI Systems , as enjoyable as possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience.

Return Policy:

In the case where you receive a product and it does not meet your expectations you may return it within 15 days of receiving it. Unless otherwise stated by Total Health Care Plus of ACI systems, any item not returned within 15 days of receipt cannot be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty materials. Total Health Care Plus of ACI Systems reserves the right to reject any returned product for health safety reasons. We will contact you in such an event, and will return the product to you if you choose.

Due to health guidelines, the following items are not returnable:

* Bathroom products such as commode/shower chairs, shower wheelchairs, benches, etc.

* Custom fitted items including some wheelchairs, customized walkers, etc.

We will not accept any returns without an authorization number. To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number, use our Contact Us info to call us at (800) 611-8427 or (818) 752-9754 and we will instruct you on how to return the product. If you paid by credit card we will credit your card. If you paid by check or money order we will forward you a check within 14 days of receiving the product. If you ordered the wrong size and want to exchange it for another, most cases require a re-stocking fee. Large items such as lift chairs, power wheelchairs, power scooters, and other products require re-stocking fees and in some cases cannot be returned. Customized configurations of some pediatric and adult wheelchairs require a re-stocking fee and in some cases may not be eligible for return. In the case where you cancel an order after it has already shipped or refuse delivery of a product without prior authorization you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Shipping Policy:

Most products ship at no charge within the Continental US. Some products ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico at a discounted shipping rate that will be charged to the customer,. contact us for which products are eligible. Some manufacturers have exclusive right agreements with companies and distributors in other countries that prohibit export of their products. Check with us for product shipping in US States outside of the Continental US.
