Reimbursement information
A- Medicare, Medicaid insurance:
- You need a prescription from your physician.
- You need to Contact Us with your phone
number so we can call you for additional information we may need.
- We offer assistance by phone in determining your Medicare qualification,
benefits, and rights. We process your claim, and help you on the "Certificate
of Medical Necessity" which is required by Medicare to determine
if the product you are purchasing is a medical necessity.
- We either process your claim and bill your insurance, but we deliver
after we are reimbursed, or take these orders on a non-assignment
basis, which means you pay up-front. We then can submit your paperwork
to Medicare and any other secondary insurance. You will be directly
reimbursed by them.
- We deliver, or ship the equipment to you, as soon as possible.

B- Personal payments:
- Contact Us for the equipment you may
need
- If you have seen them somewhere else, and you know the brand name
and model number, provide us the information, we provide you catalogue
and price list.
- We ship the equipment or parts you via UPS or next day.
